A unique project of winning new friends for Xiangqi!
Mr. Mang Chen from CAISSA Touristic, Hamburg Germany, who is a great
fan of Xiangqi (aka Chinese Chess) himself, offers this thrilling round
trip package: Beijing-Xi'an-
Luoyang-Xingyang-Xuzhou-Shanghai, scheduled for 13th to 26th September
2010
The travellers will visit the headquarters of the Chinese Xiangqi Association in Beijing, besides many other classic landmarks like the Great Wall, Temple of Heaven, Forbidden City, Summer Palace... They will move further to Xingyang, the “Cultural Capital of XiangQi”. Two more highlights of the 14-day program: the battlefield of Gaixia where XiangQi has been born, as the legend goes, and the famous “Village of Chinese Chess”, Qijia in Pizhou, where 90% of its inhabitants play xiangqi.
Tour guide will be the German journalist and XiangQi-enthusiast Dr.
René Gralla.
